Wotatrix Services
Wotatrix Services is wholly black owned, Level 1 BEE (EME) Private Company, based in Clayville Olifantsfontein, Ekurhuleni in Gauteng, and in Fairview, Nelson Mandela Bay in Gqeberha South Africa. Wotatrix Services was founded in 2012 by the late David Magagula, an acute entrepreneur with excellent customer service and business acumen. Wotatrix Services’ humble beginning can be traced back to a home based office in Estherpark Kempton Park, with only one customer, namely Excellerate Services with one vehicle used for collections of Health Care Risk Waste.
After a 10 year successful stint, as founder of Wotatrix Services, the late David Magagula retired from active participation, leadership and management of Wotatrix Services passing the baton to his son James Magagula, a seasoned corporate manager at senior executive level with extensive experience in corporate, legal and industrial development. James Magagula took over Wotatrix Services, which at the time was servicing only Gauteng customers. He expanded Wotatrix Services operations to service all nine provinces. Wotatrix Services increased customer base to over 200 customers with increased fleet to timeously collect, transport and safely dispose Health Care Risk Waste. Wotatrix Services has standing agreements with treatment facilities in City Deep, Vereeniging, Olifantsfontein, Klerksdorp, East London, Mthatha, George and Durban to better service customers from all nine provinces.

Wotatrix Services operates nationwide across all nine provinces of South Africa. With strategically located branches in Gauteng (Clayville, Olifantsfontein) and Eastern Cape (Gqeberha), we ensure efficient and compliant healthcare risk waste management services to over 200 clients nationwide. Our services encompass collection, treatment, hazardous materials handling, safe disposal, and consulting for healthcare facilities such as hospitals, clinics, frail care units, old age homes, and research laboratories. We are committed to continuous expansion and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Over the years, Wotatrix's dedication to continuous improvement saw us implement several interventions aimed at ensuring qualitative service to our customers and processes nationally, prime amongst those has been the adoption of the quality management system, ISO 9001 and 14001 for which it's implementation is currently in progress, our aim is to have it fully operational on or before the end of 2024 We recently God admitted to the Proudly South African family, and we conform to all rules set for those that belong to this group. This has positively boosted our efforts of ensuring quality service and practices to our customers as a business unit The recent Nedbank and 702 Business Ignite 2024 program saw us reach Finalist stages. This was a huge achievement for us as debutants in this program, we aim to ensure that all lessons learned from this program are shared and implemented in all our development programs of our business Our recent expansion to the Eastern Cape has advanced our plans to make our mark in this industry, the feedback we continuously receive from our new customers in the Eastern Cape and our existing customers in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo and Free State fast tracks our vision to be a national player in the Health Care Risk Waste management, offering tailor made solutions unique to the market we operate in. Our growth path is in tandem with our innovation, as we seek to incorporate technology as we widen our expansion across the land and breath of our country, our customer would now be granted access to our portal for easy access to their SDS and compliance documents, each customer would have a unique allocated code and link granting them access to their unique space wherein information pertaining to their specific documentation from us would be confidentiality locked in for their reference, this would assist in speedy responses as and when its needed. I am pleased to announce that this system is up and running, and all those who would be joining our Wotatrix Services family would have immediate access to this function. I recently appointed Zimasa Gaju as Compliance Officer whose sole responsibility is to ensure that Wotatrix Services is fully compliant with all regulatory and environmental requirements of our country especially in the space we operate in, our customers can be comfortable with the fact that Wotatrix Services, as an integral player in Health Care Risk Waste Solutions is fully compliant and ready to offer quality service fully compliant with all requirements relevant to our industry. I have appointed Sfiso Magagula has to lead the Sales and Customer Care department, his extensive experience in the domestic part of our operation is an added advantage as he leads this crucial department, his focus would not just to horrizontally grow our business, but to ensure absolute contentment of all our existing and potential customers and guaranteed quality service custom made to ensure excellent service at lowest cost possible Our employees remain our greatest assets as we implement continuous improvement interventions, continuous training programs would always be introduced as part of our daily activities as we seek to be counted amongst the best in Health Care Risk Waste Solutions I hope all these developments give you reason enough as existing and potential customers to grow with us and partner with us as waste generators and strategic partners in ensuring that our operations continue to be environmentally friendly at all given times
