CEO’s Newsletter – August 2024

At Wotatrix Services, our journey of continuous improvement has always been anchored on one core principle: delivering uncompromised quality service to our customers while remaining fully compliant and environmentally responsible. Over the years, we have implemented several strategic interventions to strengthen our service offering nationally.

A key milestone on this journey has been the adoption of internationally recognized Quality Management Systems — ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Implementation is currently in progress, and our target is to have both systems fully operational on or before March 2025. This development represents our firm commitment to quality, consistency, and environmental stewardship across all our operations.

We are also proud to have been formally admitted to the Proudly South African family, a recognition that reflects our dedication to excellence and alignment with national standards. This has strengthened our efforts to provide reliable, responsible, and proudly South African solutions to our clients.

Another highlight this year has been our participation in the Nedbank and 702 Business Ignite 2024 program, where Wotatrix Services proudly reached the Finalist stage as first-time participants. This recognition, in such a highly competitive platform, has inspired us to integrate the invaluable lessons gained into our continuous improvement program, further strengthening our growth trajectory.

Our recent expansion into the Eastern Cape marks another significant step toward realizing our vision of becoming a truly national player in the Health Care Risk Waste Management industry. The positive feedback we continue to receive from both our new clients in the Eastern Cape and our long-standing customers in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, and the Free State has accelerated our plans. We remain committed to offering tailor-made solutions that respond uniquely to the needs of every region we operate in.

In line with our innovation drive, I am pleased to announce the successful launch of our Customer Compliance Portal. This secure, technology-driven platform allows each client unique access to their SDS and compliance documents, ensuring confidentiality while enabling quick turnaround times whenever information is required. Every new customer joining the Wotatrix Services family will have immediate access to this function, which further enhances efficiency and transparency in our service offering.
