As we continue to grow and strengthen our operations, I am pleased to share key highlights from the month of September.
ISO Training – Building a Culture of Quality and Compliance
This month marked the beginning of our ISO journey. Our first training session was successfully conducted at our Head Office in Clayville, where the entire Wotatrix Services team participated in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 programs. This is a significant milestone towards ISO certification and demonstrates our commitment to building a culture where quality, compliance, and environmental stewardship are embraced at every level of the company. Full participation by our staff reflects the collective dedication of our team to ensuring Wotatrix continues to set the standard in our industry.
Expanding Our Footprint – New Regions, Full Compliance
We are proud to announce that our operational footprint has now expanded to Rustenburg Municipality, Limpopo Province, and King Sabata Dalindyebo Municipality. All new routes have been certified by the relevant authorities, and our services in these regions are fully compliant with applicable laws and environmental regulations. Customers can rest assured that by partnering with Wotatrix Services, they are working with a provider that is responsible, compliant, and committed to upholding the highest environmental standards.
Customer Experience – Excellence Recognised
In August, we conducted a customer service survey across our client base. The feedback received was overwhelmingly positive, with 99.3% of customers rating our service as excellent and confirming they would gladly recommend us. These results affirm that our relentless focus on customer satisfaction is being recognised and appreciated by those we serve. Serving Over 200 Customers Monthly
Wotatrix Services currently provides reliable waste management solutions to more than 200 customers each month, including doctors’ rooms, old age homes, research laboratories, clinics, and a variety of healthcare facilities.
